Dr. Mark Samuel Eichenbaum, MD

Excellent Doctor!

I have been going to Dr. Eichenbaum for 7 years now. I find his interaction with patients to be excellent & one doctor who truly cares about his patients. When I come in with my list of questions - he always spends the time to address my concerns. Even when I have follow up questions. When I was sick & needed quick response, Dr E was there. I have decided that he will be my primary care doctor to see me thru my geriatric years. His support staff is above average. I would recommend any Medicare patient to Dr Mark Eichenbaum.

I am a new patient and have been thrilled with the care I have received. I have been so impressed with Dr. Eichenbaum's thoroughness. On the last visit I had my 11 year old granddaughter and both he and his staff took time to answer her many many questions about various equipment in the office. Would highly recommend to any senior needing a new Primary Care Physician

Very unpleasant office staff. Didn't care one wit about my ill mother. The snotty appointment girl didn't like my being upset with their ineptitude and lack of compassion, so took it out on my elderly mother -- so mature. I wonder if this doctor even knows that the office staff is making very poor decisions impacting his reputation. They were supposed to call back for my mother to give her information and never did call. I called to see what happened and the girl had the gall to say they won't make an appointment for my mother because she doesn't like me. What doctor worth his salt would ever allow that??? â?¢ â?¢ â?¢

I bless the day I met Dr. Mark. He is a caring and compassionate physician. He has helped me and my family through several trying medical problems. I would absolutely recommend him and his staff.

This Doctor is on point with his residents. When i say that i mean he is attentive but has a terrible adittude to work with as a fellow staff memeber. He says sligh comments and continuesly bewittles the nursing staff. If your a patient of Marks he will do what he believes is the correct plan of action for you but dont expect him to be curteous while doing it. Has the potential to be a great doctor and collegue if he learns how to understand and communicate to individuals.

Rude, loud, unprofessional female at front desk (supposedly an office manager?) is the first warning that something is sorely lacking in that business operation. Wait time 1 1/2 hours on second visit, 45 minutes on first. Small, drab waiting room within ear shot of front desk. Dirty examining room, debris and dirt on the floor and under windows. If you are a new patient, don't hand-deliver ANY of your medical records without having copies made first; you won't get them back intact.

My Mom met with Dr. Eichenbaum today for the first time.I was pleasantly surprised by his down to earth bedside manner of Dr. Eichenbaum. He really took his time with my Mom and was so kind and caring. He even took her into to his office to show off the pictures of his children. I would HIGHLY recommend him. I feel like my Mom is in capable caring hands.

It is very, very difficult in this day & age to find a doctor who is as caring, capable, understanding, and willing to take time with his patients as "Dr. Mark" is. An example-my mother inlaw was hospitalized and was gravely ill. I saw Dr. Eichenbaum in the hospital when I was visiting my mother in law, and he asked me how it was going- (he was my primary care dr., but NOT my mother in law's). I told him what was going on and he said "..give me a call.."A few days later when we were at a lost as to what to do, I called Dr. Eichenbaum (this was about 8PM!). He returned my call within 15 min., and we talked about 15 min., and then he talked to my wife for over 20 min!! His advice and help was invaluable to us. How many doctors do you know that will talk to you for over a half hour at 8 o'clock at night to help you through a difficult time concerning someone that was not even his patient???I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Eichenbaum-professional, understanding, knowledgeable,… and willing to TAKE TIME to care !!

Dr. Eichenbaum is top notch in all aspects of care. His staff is efficient and helpful so appointments are a pleasure. With respect to the doctor himself - it would be impossible to find someone who is more talented and caring. My husband has been dealing with a wide variety of issues ranging from back problems to stroke recovery and Dr. Eichenbaum has helped us work through each issue - always following up to be certain that things are moving in the right direction. We feel very fortunate that he decided to make St Petersburg as his home. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
