Very uncaring of the patient’s opinion. Her way or no way. I was completely appalled at their overall operation. Seek help elsewhere

Dr Smith. Is a very caring dr and very professional. She goes out of way to help you. And listen to what you haft to say. I can’t put it in words how helpful she was to me. She is one of the few doctors that I trust

This practice only has 3 doctors and like 10 nurse practitioners. Unless you are having a procedure, you don't see the doctor. My first injection, I was given no discharge instructions, when to follow up, or when I should call back if I received no relief. After the more invasive injections, I told them I received partial relief and they set me up with an office visit. The office visit, again with the NP, consisted of, sorry there is nothing more we can do for you so follow up with your neurologist. They could have told me this over the telephone and a made note in the chart or sent me a letter. However, since they had me come into the office, they got another co-pay from, wasted my time, and bilked my insurance for another visit. If you have chronic migraines, they will happily take your money even if they can't provide relief.

One of the best doctors I have ever met. I can't say enough good things. Dr. Smith was able to address my particular and unique physical circumstances better than any other doctor ever has. She took the time to understand the problems and came up with the best possible treatments. She is far better than other doctors in this field I have seen. She remembers specifics about my condition and truly cares about me. If anyone is in need of her specialties, I recommend her to care for you. I wish other doctors were even half as awesome as Dr. Smith is.
