Dr. Martin Andres Ruiz, MD

My husband and I read ALL the negative reviews listed in this profile and still decided to see Dr. Ruiz because we were highly recommended by our friends to see him for Diabetes management. We were so glad to have done so, my husband has suffered from diabetes for over 22 years and I for about 12 years, no one could ever regulate our diabetes and, Dr. Ruiz did it in 5 months. His knowledge, professionalism, passion for his profession and caring for his patient is more than we could have ever imagined. We believe that the negative comments posted previously have to be coming from people wanting to damage his reputation. My husband is a retired lawyer and he knows how to spot abnormalities of these sort, especially when the dates of the commends are written in sequences and on the same day as the first ones. All we can say is that Dr. Ruiz is a man with extreme professionalism and integrity, he cares for his patients and does criticize our broken medical system and the pharmaceutical… companies so none of the negative commends below apply to him. The web can be an awful instrument used by jealous people to damage a person's reputation and there is nothing anyone of us can do to protect us. We are so sorry for those who made commends of Dr. Ruiz that are very far from the truth, and even more sorry for those who will believe these commends.

Our experience with Dr. Ruiz has been the best we could have ever expected. He has shown compasion and superior medical judment in his diagnoses. Several friends are his patients and all of them are satisfied. On a diferent note, Dr. Ruiz was not fired from Alta Vista Hospital because of practicing bad medicine, on the contrary, because he refused to increased his patient load which would had jeopardize the great care he was already providing. My family's over all expeience with him has been the best and any negative comments would have to come from people that don't care about great medical care
