Martin H Zink III

It's been more than 10 years since my husband's heart attack, but for the rest of my life I will never forget how rude and condescending Martin Zink was to us both. Horrible and unacceptable.

If I could I would give him 0 stars. All I can really say about Dr Zinc is RUN! Arrogant little man, no bedside manner, rushes through appointments and does not care about his patients. Don’t waste your precious time and find someone else.

I was being treated for atrial fibrillation with a blood thinner (Eliquis). Dr. Zink instructed me to stop taking it that day in preparation for a minor surgical procedure that was not yet scheduled. I have since learned it should have been stopped only 1-2 days before the procedure. Five days after stopping the Eliquis I had a stroke. I believe this was a significant error on the part of Dr. Zink and I cannot recommend him to anyone.

I saw Dr. Zink after a poor cardio scan. He did a routine exam and ordered a stress test. The stress test came back normal despite my symptoms. They were simply chalked up to me being over weight. I am by no means obese. Only after following up after not being able to mow for more than 15 minutes was a heart catheter ordered. I was 85-95% blocked in all arteries in my heart. In Dr. Zink's defense, the severeness of the disease made it look like the heart was working normally. It is my feeling of being dismissed that really bothered me the most.

Does not hurry you out. Very easy to talk to. This is guy you want to see, good luck getting an appointment.
