The office staff can often be rude and off-putting. My husband received an automated email with an appointment reminder. It had a button to click if you needed to reschedule your appointment. He clicked it. When he went to the office he was told that is NOT the way to reschedule and if he did it again, he would be charged. Well, why do they send out the email if they do not want you to do it that way? My migraine preventative prescription dosage was reduced without discussing it with me. I've been on this medication for over 10 years. Now my migraines are back. They don't bill your first annual physical as an annual physical, so we had to pay over $500 for them instead of free. We also receive a discount on our premiums as long as we each get an annual physical, but since it wasn't billed that way, we didn't receive the reduced premium, costing us a few more hundred dollars. I am switching doctors as this is the worst I've ever had.

Attentive, polite and trusted her expertise as exam continued. Felt like she really listened to concerns. Would highly recommend.

I've been a patient there for about a year but normally see the nurse practitioner. Scheduled an appointment with her to discuss more serious concerns. She did not realize that i had seen her before so she was a little cold towards me at first. Asked a few questions. She ordered x-rays, which came back negative but gave me no further explanation regarding the concerns. Just felt like i was being blown off about some serious health concerns. Basically every question i had that day is still unanswered and now I'm responsible for a huge bill. Would not recommend her. The facility she works at is nice though. Maybe try another practitioner within the facility.

This doctor really has great bedside manner. She really takes her time in making sure that you are ok. She wants to make sure she helps you with any needs.

We are a family of five. Everytimevwe call it’s “ go to Er” go to “ urgent care “. I have been sick for two weeks and begged to get into see doctor. They sent me twice to urgent care. I still am not better and was at ER who said call doctor to get refills on script if still sick. I just called doctor and now because they have an opening she wants to see me. Her office staff is awful and I think after three times of being seen this is AWFUL. switching our whole family to a doctor who won’t just say go to Er.

Never before have I had such an impersonal visit. When you walk in the exam room you are immediately greeting with a nice sign on the wall stating that your visit is limited to 2 things to discuss. If you have more than 2 then a second appointment must be made. I had a leg injury from a year ago that was still bruised and painful I wanted checked out as I am getting quite concerned about an infection in the bone. The area around the injury is still red and bumpy. Her response: it's healing quite well. Really? I wasn't even your patient when I injured it! How would you know that . I also recently found out after a trip to an orthopedic surgeon that I need a hip replacement. Subsequent MRIs have shown my body riddled with severe arthritis. I asked her to please renew my handicapped tag admit is getting so hard for me to maneuver around anymore and she refused. She also LOWERED my arthritis medication strength, against what the specialist advised my family doctor to prescribe. When I… asked her why and told her he even said my feet were full of some of the worst amounts of arthritis he had seen, her comment was yeah and he has practiced a long time , but still nothing like other recommendations. So I hobble with a cane and wrap my ankles so I don't fall quite as much when the pain is so unbearable my legs buckle. I harmonies questions, but then she brought up that I needed a pap and mamo, which I would never trust her to do anyhow so there went my visit limit! Then to boot, I am a private pay patient and both times I have been there the girls at the front window tell me what the cost will be, I pay it, and then get a subsequent bill because they code ironwork a different CPT code so BJC sends me a secondary bill for another $40 on top of the $70+!Inalready paid, all for 10 Minutes of time and a 45 minute wait on her because they are running behind. I walked out in tears with absolutely zero confidence left in the Medical Practice world. I'll deal with my pain on my own and let this depression from the pain and my inability to move like I want to encompass me and maybe, just maybe when I am finally out into the hospital Inwill find an actual Doctor that looked up the word Compassion in the Webster Dictionary and took their Medical Oath seriously . When I left in tears I had to run to an ATT store to meet my husband and he saw me visibly upset and asked what happened. I started telling him and the young girl working with us for our new phones even asked if Inhappened to have gone to their office!!! When I responded yes, she proceeded to tell me about all the problems her family had there and how unprofessional the front desk staff was. It would behoove this practice to do a checkup from the Neck up on themselves or the doors at the office will be shuttered quite soon. I cannot wait until my granddaughter is finished with medical school so I can be assured that I get a real physician that cares. In the meantime I will fly to Texas and let my PA son in law treat me. I know I can count on him!
