It's nice to finally have a doctor that cares about you as a person. She takes the time to listen and and to come up with the best solution for your personal treatment. I don't feel like I'm just a number anymore , I feel cared about. Thank you Dr. Hensley for doing your best to get to the bottom of what's going on with me. It's great to finAlly start getting some answers!

Doctor has not returned call in two days and counting. Been to er twice and told to follow up with family doc within 2 days. She will not return call. She will not even have office staff return call.

When I first started going to her in Franklin Indiana I thought she took all the time w/u an she cld probably be a therapist as well i want so much to go back to her bcs I have had only one doctor like her and maybe some day that will happen, she cares for her patients as well as too go that extra mile to find out why you are hurting and tests given she still too this day is a wonderful and very easy going and explain everything to you and I really miss her I can't drive sometimes but I am going to try and get back in there she's all about you and your health and has a heart of gold especially with all the health problems I have communication and caring and listening to her patients. We need more like her.

After meeting Dr Hensley at a free medical clinic and having the opportunity for her to figure out my medical needs.she helped my wife and I to proceed to get my disability benefits' and insurance.I'm thankful for her continuing to except me in her family practice at her new location.Dr. Hensley is 1 of few doctor s left that takes her time listening to my health problems,and she does this with complete compassion.If not for her and her caring staff,I probably would not be here today.Thank you Dr Mary Beth Hensley ,your the greatest.

I have never in my 51 yrs of going to a physician, ever found someone to be as personable, have a wonderful bedside manner, have empathy, intelligent and as caring as Dr. Hensley is! She is a wonderful person & doctor! The day I became her patient, my health began to improve considerably! I wish everyone I knew & cared about could have her as their doctor....she rocks!!!

I originally saw Dr. Hensley at a free clinic where she volunteers her time to help people, like me, who have recently come upon hard times. I'm a diabetic, have recently had cancer, and have rheumatoid arthritis. I lost my job and my insurance due to no fault of my own. Dr. Hensley is the best doctor I have every seen and believe me I have seen many. At a free clinic, one would expect that the level of care would be far below normal standards. When Dr. Hensley walked into the room she blew my pre-conceived notions out of the water! She sat down with me and asked me detailed questions about my current life situation, as well as my health situation. She cares about the whole picture. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful about the future. She was able to get me the supplies I need to manage my Type-1 diabetes (for which I am on an insulin pump), as well as the medications I need to continue to manage my rheumatoid arthritis. She is amazing and as soon as I can afford to see her in her… regular clinic, I will drive the hour to Shelbyville to do so. If you are looking for a doctor for a lifetime, you have found one!

The first time i meet Dr. Hensley was at a free clinic witch she was donating her time. I had not seen a Dr. in several years and i was not in good health. She told me at that time she was going to get me back to the best health i could be and she did that quite quickly. I now have social securty and medicaid and am seeing her at her office. Dr. Hensley is a truely careing person. She will be my doctor for the rest of my life. When i see her i always make a list of things i want to go over this takes less of her time and sometimes she a few min to chat. If anyone is looking for a Dr. you won't find a better one then DR. Hensley.

She over books and rushes too much and makes you wait too long.
