Dr. Mary Pauline Trainor, MD

The is an amazing GYN but as an OB, I would recommend her to anyone. She just delivered my grandson and she is the most caring, compassionate and talented OB I have ever seen. She truly care about mom and baby! RUN to her office.

I've been going to dr. Trainor for the past 8 years. She was my ob for my first child in 2011 and I was going to go back to her recently for my second pregnancy but when I spoke with one of her receptionist they told me they no longer took the type of insurance that I had so I had called a different extention of Riverview health to see if they took my insurance and they did so I proceeded to make an appointment with their office instead but they couldn't get me in as soon as Trainor could so decided I was just going to go to Trainor and see what we could do since they could get me in sooner and upon calling their office again I was told by another receptionist that they did take.my insurance. So I went ahead and started making my first ob appointments with them. Everything was fine. Then I get a less than polite message on my phone while at work from Dr. TrainTrainor's nurse Doris, saying she had seen where I had made a new patient ultrasound with the other office and had canceled my… ultrasound and appointments because she didn't play those games so therefore I can just see the other doctor from now on.i was livid with her less than caring message. ONE you do not cancel my appointment WITHOUT MY CONSENT! a land TWO, I only checked into seeing a different dr. Because one of their receptionist told.metold.me.thwy didn't accept.my insurance when they actually did! I have stuck by Trainor when I had heard that her and her staff was declining just because I had been with her for so long and i personally had never had an issue with her but after that message Doris left me, I will be contacting their department supervisor and letting them know and hear the message their staff had left me and I will NEVER be back or recommend her and her practice ever again!!!!!

I wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of delivering my baby! Amazing doctor!

After living with pain for years, after several others drs, would rather give me the run around rather that tell me, "I don't know what is wrong with you: so it must be in your head.WELL Dr. Polly Trainor found my issues and we are the process of fixing it. I am so grateful to her !!
