Dr. Matthew Eric Krupnick, MD

He is supposed to be treating my son but he is dismissive and uncommunicative. There have been no improvements in my son's health over the 18 months he's been under Dr. Krupnick's "care". I do not trust or recommend him! Looking for a new specialist.

Did colonoscopy on me, took all his cleanser for test after test he said I wasn't perfectly cleaned but he told me what he saw was good and just needed a simple test to check the rest. Now he wants me to do the whole test all over again. I am beginning to think it is just for the money from insurance company. Find someone else

Seems capable but does not spend time with patients. Doesn't let patients ask questions.

OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!! I don't understand how the Dr allows this behavior. It's a shame that in this day in age everything is based on reviews. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Find another gastro, no point in going here to be mistreated.

I have been seeing Dr. Krupnick for a long time now & I’ve never had a problem until now. He’s always been professional, thorough & had a good bedside manner. I recently had some problems & needed some tests. I think his entire staff has changed since the last time I saw him. They are all extremely unprofessional, uneducated & rude!! Waited a week for them to see if my first test need authorization, I called SEVERAL times & every time I called, the gave me some stupid excuse. I had to call the hospital to find out the information. The next test I needed, I was having a problem getting it & asked to speak to the Doctor & was always told he left for the day! He never called me back. Now I have to search for a new Doctor & start from scratch. Unfortunately due to the corona virus, I can’t do anything, so I hope I don’t have anything serious. Dr. Krupnick. You need to do something about this, because you are going to lose a lot of patients

Would not recommend to anyone.... office staff is horrible they never return calls and do not relay messages to the doctor. Never called in a prescription that was supposed to be called in. Have never been treated like this by any doctors office..

I have been going to Dr Krupnick for over 15 years. He has preformed 3 colonoscopies on me. He is very professional and I feel very comfortable with him. He explains everything in detail and answers all my questions and concerns. I am 69 F. I recommend Dr K.

The office staff is inadequate and never know what to tell you. They never give messages to the Dr. DR. Krupnick has no bedside manner and never examined me, just sent me for tests. The office staff got the wrong codes for a procedure and I couldn't get the procedure because of their incompetence. The doctor was. Supposed to follow up with me and never did. After that I decided not to go there anymore. So after spending a lot of money for tests I'm back to where I was when I started and have no answers to my problems. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend him as a Dr.
