Been a patient for years. She doesn't renew scripts in a timely manner as i am typing right now, out of pills and she is gone for the weekend, never renewed my script that was supposed to be renewed a week ago and messages were left but ignored three days ago. My advice find someone else who actually cares.

They do not stand by their products. I recently bought an eye cream over $100 and had a horrible allergic reaction. They will not take it back, or let me change it for something else. You have a few days to respond or I'm going to the attorney general.

The front desk staff is EXTREMELY friendly, warm and professional. I was seen by Michael Lund. GREAT provider! GREAT personality! However, the medical assistants are not so friendly. They are rude, cold and unprofessional. Due to the lack of professionalism from the medical assistant's, I changed offices. Which is unfortunate because Michael is AMAZING. Just goes to show how much of an impact bad staff can have on patient care and experience. I am a medical provider and I would be horrified if my staff treated patients the way the medical assistants treated me.

Our son has a cyst. Met with a lady nurse who said they could do the removal and they would schedule it. 3 weeks later no word we called. They had no record we had even been there so we had to start over. We went in for another appointment and they discovered that since our 3 year old is less than 10 years old so they cannot do it. Do they not know their own policies. Just go elsewhere and save your time and hair.

Dr. Mccusker has done my annual skin checkup - thoroughly. At our first appointment, she asked me a lot of questions and made sure we both understood them, and the accuracy of my responses. She seems to really care and has a nice, focused personality in the context of being very professional.

My 6 year old was presented with just an aggravating disorder on her scalp. It was diagnosed as a fungal disease by her pediatrician, and after many treatments was not getting better. I was able to find Dr. McCusker, and I have to say she immediately diagnosed this properly, got us the appropriate medications to relieve this, and was amazing with working with my young daughter!!
