Im a patient of Dr. M. Hecker for many years, I have accomplished many wonderful results with her. Thank you Dr. Melanie Hecker.-

Sorry got carried away. This dr is so into herself and very in professional,doesn't listen or ask questions of patient, talks only to her staff, she did a biopsy on my leg and I still haven't received report after calling every day and asking to have it faced tri my primary Spector and my wound care doctor. Just who does shecthibk she is. No recomendation from this person.

I went to Doctor Hecker for a dark spot on my forehead. She said it was from old age. I was not satisfied because it had a weird texture. I went to another dermatologist and he took a biopsy which turned out to be a basal cell carcinoma. I had Mohs surgery to remove it. Miss diagnosis is vile!

Went in for a follow up on a mole removal. Mentioned to her that I wanted to have some skin tags removed. She told me that is not covered by insurance. When I asked her what the price was, she blurted out "are you serious!" like should could not believe I was asking for the price!

Waiting for over an hour and a half while people that just walked in the door were going in ahead of others that had been waiting because they were getting Botox and other high profit services. Dr. Hecker on that day was prioritizing dollars over people with appointments and wasn't trying to hide it.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Repeat patient for many years. You can't go wrong here!!!!!! 5 stars!!!!

I was a long term patient but had a very poor experience when I had skin cancer and laser treatment. Resulted in bad scars.The Office Manager is rude but the nurses are very nice. Doctor constantly trying to sell cosmetic procedures and products. More interested in the $$$.

Out of 8 Drs. including three other Dermotologist's, Dr. Hecker was the only one who got the diagnoses right from the get go, and ran the right tests. Her approach to the primary and Infectious Disease Dr's, were faultless. I am on a quick mend because of her astute approach.

Awful experience. She is nasty, arrogant and totally unsympathetic. The entire time she just tries to up sell you on extra services that are cash only. She grabs on to your wallet and will not let go. They even require you to keep a credit card on file. And worst of all, she is a lousy doctor.
