Dr. Melissa Kaye Brandes, MD

Dr Brandes has been my primary care physician for over a decade. She is excellent in every way and I am very grateful to be in her care. She has treated me through both acute and chronic complex issues. She is comprehensive in her approach, orders tests and refers appropriately, and is highly intelligent and energetic about figuring out what is really going on. Her follow up always amazes me. Dr Brandes is also an extraordinarily pleasant person. I can’t recommend her highly enough! She is a rare, wonderful physician!

Dr. Brandes has been my doctor for 13 years. She is absolutely wonderful. She has treated me through some very difficult health issues and hospitalizations. She epitomizes what a good family doctor should be. However, I liked her old office/practice better.

I met Dr. Brandes when she was an intern and was so impress by her willingness to listen and her ability to take the necessary steps to find a cure to my problem that I followed her when she opened her office. I have been her patient since she opened her office, and am very satisfied and grateful to have her for my doctor. I feel completely at ease with her and able to discuss any problem.

Very good about referring specific issues out to specialty physicians. Very understanding. Very good in doing paperwork to get insurance prior authorizations for specialty physicians and medications. Very good in following up to see if medical problem resolves or at least gets better. Pain is treated appropriately.
