She use to be very caring, but she put my mother in tears on her latest visit with her hateful attitude. I am very upset about this, because my mother is a sweet gentle person.

I enjoyed having Dr. Phillips as my Doctor. she would run long some times. This was because she would take time with you and she how she could best help you. She is retired U.S.N. and served as a doctor in the Navy. I felt that she really knew her stuff and could patch you up fairly quickly.

Dr. Phillips Listens to my medical issues and helps to resolve my problems. A great doctor. She is very thorough in her diagnosis and sympathetic to my needs. I would definitely recommend her.

On my first visit she seemed like a very caring doctor. However by the third visit... I left her office in tears! I was asking questions about my diabetes to see if a particular test would be appropriate and she said that I was grasping at straws, had wasted enough of her time and caused her to be behind! She will never have to worry about me wasting her time again!! She owes me an apology and should be ashamed of herself!!

Dr. Melissa Phillips is still a wonderful doctor, great bedside manner, and caring...but the management of her office has all but made me decide to look elsewhere for medical care. Every visit that I've been to at this office, every phone call that I've made has poor follow-up. I was referred for an echocardiogram last week and lab work based on Dr. Phillips' astute assessment skills that turned up a possible problem with my heart and liver. That was over a week ago. I called the office twice for my results, and have not so much as received a return call. Way to leave a patient hanging. I'm sorry, but if you can't dedicate time to follow through or make sure that your staff follows through, then you've got too many patients and you are spread too thin. I still love Dr. Phillips though.

She is the most caring and thorough physician that I have ever been to. I did have some issues with the medical office staff in trying to get the results of my blood work, but they explained to me that it was a rare glitch. Overall, I am more than satisfied...a rare praise from someone who doesn't like doctors very much!
