I had deep creases on the sides of my mouth which caused me to dribble while sleeping. He injected a product to fill in the creases and took care of the deep creases fixing the dribbling and making me look much better. He is very caring and will be honest with what he can do.

Visited this Dr. 2x's with my mother in law and once for myself. It seems like a factory operation, with the main function to administer pain injections. The place is popular, so be prepared to WAIT and WAIT! I arrived early to fill out forms as a new patient. Was told they were on line, but could not find after searching Dr.'s web site. I was called rather promptly, After a quick history with the nurse ~ I had time to reread ~ I changed into a hospital gown and spent over 45 min alone in an exam room, until the PA come in!!!! She said she would take my history (already written and given orally to nurse). I declined. Finally, I had to take a bathroom break! SEND IN DOCTOR. PLEASE! I spent a quick 8-10 minutes with the doctor after all that time. The staff claims they turn no one away, as they cannot leave patients in pain. Therefore, schedule is often backed up and running late. This place is very international with staff from many cultures, so if you have a language need, it… might be met.

He is either a poor listener, ignoring important facts that should be used in diagnostic evaluation or he simply just can not connect the dots. As a concerned patient I did extensive research of my skin disorder and on a visit suggested a possible diagnosis, which he quickly dismissed it. After waiting several weeks from the first office visit he confirmed that a biopsy was needed to figure it out. Something I knew on the 1st visit and suggested on the 2nd. During the biopsy 2 different assistants each gave 2 shots of local anesthesia which later proved to be the reason why the lab could not get proper results. While all the staff was very friendly, they did not communicate with each other on this and perhaps were unaware of this potential issue. When the office provided lab results, it included Hodgkins disease (cancer) as a possibility. Knowing Bukhalo was not listening and way off base, I immediately requested all medical records and sought more reputable doctors and… got a visual confirmed diagnosis on the 1st visit and a 2nd confirmation just 1 business day later by another doctor experienced in this skin disease. The same diagnosis that I presented to Dr Bukhalo but was dismissed. Because the biopsy done at Bukhalo's office was not useable I needed to have another biopsy in order for the CDC to determine treatment for the specific organism / strain causing the disorder. For anyone reading this, if your Doctor seems like he is not paying attention to what you are telling him and your gut tells you this is not the right doctor. Listen to yourself and don't waste time. Go get another opinion.

Dr. Bukhalo prescribed me acne medication, which has helped a decent amount. My complaint is that he has really bad beside manner. He barged into the room as I was changing out of my shirt. He did not knock or even apologize after seeing how i startled I was. That was very inappropriate. And as I was asking his PA questions about the side effects of my drugs and how to better deal with the acne, he rushes her out of the room by signaling to her there are more patients waiting; as if im not as important as the other patients. Overall, it wasn't the worst experience of my life but it was uncomfortable and that could have been avoided if he was just a little more tactful.

referred here after another md screwed around for 2 months with wrong diagnosis and meds. got in quickly on a saturday,did a biopsy,changed my meds. had new outbreak 3 days later, got me right in and confirmed new problem and new oral meds. problem cleared up in 7 days after that. BEST DOCS and great care
