Very informative and explained clearly

Dr. Elrod is the consummate professional surgeon, who also demonstrates incredible compassion in all he does. Dr. Elrod performed my sigmoid colectomy with such excellent skill that my recovery was positively enhanced by that and his consistent attention to post-op check-ups while in the hospital and in office visits. His listening wuss and his humble approach made the entire difficult process easier to navigate. I recommend this top surgeon to anyone who may be facing a serious surgery as I did. His entire staff is outstanding and kind. There is such a collaborative feel to this surgeon’s team. I can’t say enough to capture what a wonderful experience I had in this very difficult procedure. Dr. Elrod is great. I was referred to him from the ER dr. I think that he is very kind caring and compassionate. He has great bedside manner and he spent more than enough time with me. I am a hard case cause there are a lot of unknowns with me and he has not given up or just passed me on to the next dr. He has taken his time and ran test and it trying to figure out what is causing my problems. I would deff recommend him to family and friends in the future that are in need of surgery. He is great.
