Removing skin cancer from my chest, the doctor punctured my breast implant. His first reaction was that I was mistaken. I had to call my plastic surgeon to find out what to do next. When I experienced redness on site and pain under my arm, he said it was just inflamation and put me on combination drug. When I called that I had a fever, his reaction was that I was making it up. When I went to have stitches removed and the site was oozing, the nurse would not touch it without a doctor looking at it and she took swab of site. I had to return when he was there to look at it and again. He removed stitches but again acted like scab, peeling and oozing was part of healing process. I called for results of swab which found bacteria present and he put me on another antibiotic. I can't tell you how stressful and upsetting the whole experience was and now I face surgery to remove ruptured implant and redo the reconstruction.process.

I was scared and Dr Lehrer and his staff put me at ease. Too often doctors do not have good bed side manners but he was personable and extremely skilled. I did not go for plastic surgery after he had removed most of the top of my nose and flapped it. I would recommend him unconditionally.

I've seen Dr. Lehrer for three separate skin issues and I've been very pleased with his professionalism, his detailed explanation of what is being done, and post surgery care. His staff is very courteous and they work well together. I highly recommend Dr. Lehrer.

I was very apprehensive going to the "little office" for MOH's Surgery. I thought I would need to be in Philadelphia to get higher quality care. Not so with Dr. Lehrer here in the Suburbs! He came highly recommended from his peers in the field, and after my surgery I attest to his competence. He was patient with my worries, answered my questions and was totally reassuring. He helped me through the nervousness every step of the way... and the surgery ended up being less painful than the biopsy... just as he promised. Please consider Dr. Lehrer as your MOH's surgeon. You won't be disappointed. The office was clean and welcoming. There was one staff member who was a bit abrupt with us, but she did her job efficiently and Dr. Lehrer's kindness more than made up for her deficiencies.

No follow up the day after surgery. Most doctors call to see how you are doing and if you have any questions.

Very harsh and unfriendly Office Manager in Exton. Demanded payment even before presenting a bill. If you don't have insurance, stay away!
