Dr. Monaco is the office. He runs it by himself. He can do everything. It's a personal one on one appointment between the patient and doctor. His calm voice and kind words will put every patient at ease. Previous office was private for the patient's discussions with the exam room in the back and the new office is very small and not private due to the reception area right outside of the exam room.

Truth or consequences. Dr. Monaco presents the truth to his patients with his knowledge and skills. No more paying the consequences with doctors who only provide 5 to 7 minutes appointment times. Enjoy your medical care and peace of mind from a concierge doctor. The office is a little outdated and could use a fresh coat of paint, new decor and flooring. The receptionist doesn't seem to be very welcoming to the practice. The practice could do without a receptionist. With this style of practice, no need for patient check in, staff can check-in while reviewing the schedule for the next patient. There are enough employees, including the doctors to answer the phones.

My wife and I are in our late 60’s, and Dr. Monaco is the best doctor we have ever had. Words cannot accurately express the respect and gratitude we have towards him. He spends time explaining conditions and treatments and will come up with a simple and personalized solution for us to follow. He is very thorough and accurate in his diagnoses. He genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. We know that when we visit Dr. Monaco, we are also visiting a friend. Unfortunately, giving a high level of praise also comes with a few undesirable comments. In reading through testimonials for MDVIP physicians, we found it gratifying and upsetting (somewhat cheated) to read where patients were pleased when their MDVIP doctor would personally call a specialist during their appointment to discuss their issue, confirm an appointment or act on the advice of the specialist with a treatment plan. We have not been on the gratifying end of Dr. Monaco calling a specialist during our… appointments. We typically wait days for an assistant to call and schedule an appointment or we never hear from them. We were pleased to read rave reviews about many other MDVIP doctors and how their patients are grateful for their MDVIP physician to personally take their blood pressure, draw their labs, give their annual flu shot or other injections needed, call them to see how they are, escort them to other appointments, and many other medical activities. The MDVIP physicians who do not practice the personalized healthcare or who have forgot how to, need to follow their MDVIP peer colleagues. It would be very well received by all patients if Dr. Monaco would also provide that style of personalized service and not leave it for staff to perform. Transitioning from his old practice, with no annual fee, to his new MDVIP practice, with an annual fee, patients expect more personalized healthcare, something different than the way it used to be. Marcus Welby MD and Royal Pains would be disappointed. Hoping for improvement to the practice with more personalized healthcare, we remain very grateful and impressed with his high intelligence and skills as a physician.

Relationship-driven preventive healthcare, where the practice size is kept deliberately small enabling more personalized, attentive and convenient care. The doctor-patient relationship is the core of his practice. He truly partners with his patients as a doctor, confidant, advisor, and friend, who is always personally there for his patients when needed. It's pleasant and essential for the patients not going through any extra personnel when he is there for his patients - 24/7. With other practices, patients have to go through several employees with their issues and not knowing fully if the doctor was brought up to speed with their issue. There appears to be many employees with this small practice, but it is difficult to determine as there are new employees yearly. Doctor Monaco takes our healthcare very seriously. No second guessing with him. Typically on time, but it is difficult to get the same day or next day appointment. Early on, seeing him at a moments notice was… available. The office has become weak in appearance. The office, needs to be updated in appearance from furniture to employees; furniture, fixtures, adding tv's in the exam room, to professionally dressed staff from their hair and makeup to fresh and clean uniforms, covering any markings. Inappropriate and sloppy uniforms should not be allowed with an $1800 annual fee. A modern look to the office with soothing colors on the walls.

Personal healthcare by the best. Personal guidance to better health by a doctor who gets to know his patients personally. Even with a disarray practice, the doctor doesn't forget his patients. They are all treated equally and no one is moved to the bottom of his list.

Best Dr. Ever. Compassionate, intelligent, caring and thorough. Just what medicine needs these days. Dr. Monaco takes the time to thoroughly look into all scenarios and solutions and the root cause. Your new practice was a good change for patients 9 years ago. Most services offered were available to all of your patients. Through the years, many of the services are not seen. The new practice has been mirroring the old practice in too many ways. Another increase to the annual fee was not expected or warranted. How high will it go? Overall, we are patients who you treat with respect and with genuine caring. Keep doing what you are doing and bring back the services that have stopped. Looking forward to many more years.

Conversationalist, storyteller, and comedian are three of Dr. Monaco's characteristics. Soul searching physician who will guide you through your healthcare needs. Practice is full, but ask yearly for any openings. Spot on with healthcare. Practice management and processes need to improve and change. A fresh new waiting room needs to be planned for the near future. Some recent office transformations look out of place.

Dr. Monaco is in a league of his own. An asset to his patients. Challenging it may be to get an appointment, he will spend plenty of time with you. His bedside manner far exceeds our expectations. There isn't a lot to mention when it comes to the office or staff. Try this concierge doctor. You won't be disappointed. K
