Dr. Michael Scott Urban, MD

Gastrohealth and Dr. Urban are running a circus. Prescriptions are not followed through with, there's zero communication and the staff lack professionalism. I'm now starting to flare up because Dr. Urban seemingly forgot to write my prescription and I'm unable to get my meds, nor am I able to get in contact with anyone at the office. I will urge everyone I know and encounter online to avoid this company. Not the first embarrassing display of customer care I've experienced with Gastrohealth.

A disappointing and unfortunate representation of the physician community. Poor or absent bedside manner, disinterested, and the patient is just a revenue generator. Did a cursory examination (a few taps on the abdomen, and a couple of seconds with the stethoscope for added effect), so this could be documented. The staff were generally disinterested.

Great communication, bedside manner, and overall great physician!

Our family has been patients of Dr. Urban's for years and have always been satisfied with his care. Highly recommend him.

My 21 year old son had an endoscopy which was given by Dr. Urban. Dr. Urban couldn't even be bothered to come out afterwards to tell me that the procedure didn't work because my son had food in his stomach (even though my son didn't eat after midnight as instructed). This doctor treats younger people horribly!! I saw his partner Dr. Alalu come out and speak to his patients families though. My son should have gone to Dr. Alalu instead!
