After having a pediatrician who never listened to our concerns and blew off health issues, Dr. Werner whole-heartedly listened to our concerns and provided excellent care to our daughter!

The staff at the Kaukauna Clinic was terrible. I seemed to be a hassle and was disrespected. When I came to them with a billing issue- they denied any sort of help and even called me names and used vulgar language. Their mistake cost me upward of $200. Dr. Werner also pointed his finger at me and refused to actually listen to the issues I was having. After I switched providers, I found out they had the wrong insurance entered in for my family and they had to issue me a check for repayment- but I still have not received any apology.
