Dr. Michael Nathan Tameo, MD

When an unexpected aneurysm was found during an xray, I was anxious to have a vascular surgeon see me. I contacted Dr. Tameo's office and all 3 women who run the office went out of their way to get testing set up and an office visit with Dr. Tameo. Dr. Tameo was great explaining exactly what my condition was and his recommended course of treatment. Exceptional!

I do find the support staff at Commonwealth surg to be a bit short with patients but they get alot done in the time they have with patients

So far so good. Having surgery in the near future. Feel very confident!

I was told by my PCP to make a appt with Dr Tameo's office for something that was on my CT Scan and when trying to make this appt the receptionist who answers the phone was just plan out rude and made me feel that I had the nerve to call and make her do her job she asked that she call me back and 2.5 hrs later the same rude women calls me back and said they feel there was no need to make a appt what ever was on the CT Scan was normal and basically hung up after a ER doctor and my PCP thought it was something that should be looked at I dont understand if this was true maybe a Nurse should have called me back but a receptionist with no medical degree. The medical world is just going to pot its sad.

I thought the phone mannerism of the staff very horrible very rude and disrespectful. I think the practice meaning the doctors not the office manager should check this out .The office staff weren't very happy.I liked the doctor he was polite ,seemed caring .I wished he was board certified in something .if he was I probably would have had my surgery with him.
