Dr. Michelle Hazel Bear, DO

Dr. Michelle has been my primary since she took over her father's practice. She is an excellent doctor, as was her father before her. She takes time to listen and I feel extremely comfortable with her.

The receptionist that spoke with my wife had a horrible attitude and hung up on my wife. This behavior is completely unprofessional.

Angela is like a bulldog, wants that $30.00 co-pay so bad! I just had a heart attack, and fully met my insurance max out of pocket $5,000.00 I explained that to her and she refused to let me see the doctor, she is rude and obnoxious! Doctor Michelle Bear witnessed the scene and did nothing to help the situation, maybe she needs the extra $30.00. I stopped seeing Michelle Bear and switched to Doctor Tracy, who is a much better doctor in my opinion. I'm not sure if Doctor Tracy is aware of the situation, and I am waiting for a phone call back.

Doctor Bear is great, but her unprofessional office staff has about driven us away, When my wife called for an appointment for a Friday the receptionist laughed at her and said 4 o'clock are you kidding? No one works past 2! Which I fine just say so. When she asked about a Monday appointment the girl said the computer is down call back Monday. In person during a visit several of the girls in the back were trading shoes and trying them on and taking pictures and basically ignored the Doctor when she told them to stop mean while they ignored my wife. Been going to her father for a long time and was fine with the transition to Dr. M Bear but the staff's behavior is too much.

Dr Bear has been my physician for a long time and she continues to provide me with amazing care! She takes good care of herself and sets a good example for her patients to follow. I am lucky to have her. In addition, her nurse Missy is always there for you and so is the staff at the desk. If you need help, they get it for you!

Dr. Bear is one of the few English/Spanish speaking doctors we could find near our home. After the initial visit, we had no difficulty getting an appointment when needed and find her very helpful and practical.

Dr. Michelle Bear is a Wonderful physician. She is kind, caring, an excellent listener, very thorough in diagnoses (mine Extremely complicated) and answering any/all questions. She treats the whole patient - all aspects of one's health, which has been so very important to my medical status. Dr. Bear has been by far one of the finest caregivers I have ever encountered and I will forever owe her a debt of gratitude for all of her care and support. Thank you Dr. M!

She was very personable and explained things to me. She took notice of symptoms that other doctors showed no concern.
