Dr. Michelle Stella Spuza-Milord, MD

This review is long due. I have been seeing Dr. Michelle Spuza-Milord for more than ten years. She is the most outstanding doctor I ever had. I referred her to my family and friends; everybody feels the same. She figured out and guided me through a few challenging situations. The latest one probably saved my life or spared me from a formidable medical issue. Reading her reviews, I see the most common issue her patients had was waiting time. The only reason is that she takes the time to listen to you. She cares and truly wants to help. It is so rare in the medical field nowadays when the medicine is business to find a doctor like her. I promise she is worth the wait. She will treat you with respect and compassion at all times. Ultimately, one great thing about her is that she is up to date with the latest medical treatments. She is the rare combination of old-school approach and new medical therapies coming out at the moment. She is the most knowledgeable doctor I encountered, not just… in her field.

I guess i should've checked her reviews before making an appointment, i see others have had the same issue. This being my first visit i was told to be there 15 minutes early to hand in my new patient paperwork, i did and after 45 minutes i went to the front desk and asked if they forgot about me, i saw others that came in after me being called in, I was told there were other doctors here, i said ok and sat down for another 20 or so minutes and after 1 1/2 hours i told them i had to go please reimburse me for the $20 co-pay i paid. Horrible first experience and from reading the other reviews I'm glad i left, I will certainly do my homework in locating a more professional doctors office

Seems to be a recurring theme. Scheduled a 3:45pm virtual call. Waited until 5:00pm and had to go. Dr. Milord did not call until 5:15pm. She left 2 curt messages about not be available for her call.

What a joke clueless should not be a dr usless

Dr. Spuza-Milord has been treating my for multiple issues (i.e. Lupus, Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia. She has been my specialist since 1998, and I have never been more pleased. She is intelligent, compassionate and as a healthcare professional, approachable. She spends as much time as you need with her, which can sometimes result in a little longer wait, but subsequent patients get the time they require so that she can ask you questions and LISTEN to your concerns, giving you the answers to your questions. I have never been hospitalized under her care and that says a lot when it comes to lupus. She orders necessary labs when necessary. Her staff is incredibly professional yet friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Spuza-Milord to anyone looking for QUALITY care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Spuza Millord about 10 years now and she is so compassionate towards her patients, treats me and listens to me as her own family member. It’s usually a long wait but you realize it’s because she does not hurry her patients. You feel like your her priority. I love her, which is something I would never have said regarding a doctor. She’s the best and she’s so very knowledgeable!!!

Incredible doctor, I went to her for about 10 years then moved away from the state. Wait time was lengthy at times but always worth the wait. I miss her so much, she was always patient and kind and so thorough in getting to the bottom of anything that might be causing troubles or pain. Wish I wasn't 12 hours away, I haven't found anyone that compares to her expertise.

The doctor is very thorough but they need to assess their scheduling procedure. EVERY time I have been to an appointment, the wait time has been over two hours!

I have had to wait an extended time in the office to see Dr. Spusa, however, when it is my turn she takes time with me like she does everyone else. I have been to doctors where I have waited an hour and when the doctor comes in, they send 5 minutes and walk out. I don't mind waiting when a doctor comes in and sits down and really listens and talks to me like Dr. Spusa does. She is one of the most intelligent and well versed doctors I know. I am a nurse so I have met many doctors and I would recommend her to anyone.
