If only there were more stars to share; just words seem inadequate to express my gratitude for both my husband and myself for the attention and individual care we received. About a month ago my Primary care physician discovered a very large abdominal mass and referred me to an oncologist. After doing our homework, reading numerous reviews online and obtaining referrals, I called Dr Janicek's office to make an appointment for consult. I was impressed that his office contacted me after hours to help me schedule an appointment. That kind of attention and compentency continued throughout the entire process. Every staff member we met made us feel at home which seemed almost surreal in an oncology office. I chose Dr. Janicek because of his 32 years of experience, all the many positive reviews, online interviews on "you tube" and an hour lecture he presented to other doctors that I also found on "you tube". To my surprise the surgery to remove the monster mass was scheduled for two days… after the consultation. Fortunately Dr. Janicek was able to use the daVinci robotic laproscopic surgery. I have previously had three open surgeries and two laproscopes, and I am impressed. The surgery was three days ago, and I have not had the need for any pain meds. I have only taken two 500 mg of Tylenol since the surgery. I thank our Abba Father for His Agape love, His Holy Word, and I am grateful to this very gifted surgeon.

So fortunate to have Dr Janicek’s care for 7 years while dealing with Ovarian cancer. He and his staff are amazing, friendly, efficient and ever so caring. From initial diagnosis, surgery, chemo, radiation and a few bumps along the road, they continue to provide the ultimate professionalism, and positivity as we travel this journey together. I am blessed!

I very recently saw Dr. Janicek for my BRCA1 gene mutuation and agreed on laparoscopic surgery. I am an out of town patient and his office came highly recommended by another doctor in town. They made the process easy and comfortable. I had the utmost confidence in his ability from the beginning and his professionalism and kindness before and after the procedure was noteworthy. Dr Janicek is the kindest, warmest,,most compassionate, brightest, and most importantly, BEST surgeon in the universe. I am grateful and thankful to have had him perform my surgery. My family joins me in wishing him the very best of everything in life!

I honestly believe that you could search for a hundred years, and never find a doctor or a staff so wonderful. Dr. Janicek and Kelly helped me through a very frightening situation with kindness and compassion, and helped me be calm and logical, which took a ton of patience on his part. I’m very fortunate that it turned out to not be cancer. He still sends me for a screening every year, and a follow-up visit. If something changes down the road, I know that I’m in the best hands possible.

Hands down the most competent, compassionate oncology team anywhere. To receive a cancer diagnosis is the most frightening experience in the world. I feel safe with this group and cant say enough about their ability to care for me. I wouldn't wish ovarian cancer on anyone but thankfully there are people like Dr. J's team to help us.

After 1 visit followed 5 days later by surgery, I knew I was under the care of the best possible surgeon. Diagnosis was ovarian cancer but with the expertise of Dr. Janicek and his kind and compassionate manner, I felt confident that I would be able to achieve optimal results after treatment.
