Dr. Mohammed Musadiq Saeed, MD

My husband, father in law, and myself have been going to Dr Saeed for over 15 years. Absolutely best Doctor, very knowledgeable and kind. Listens and takes time to explain everything clearly. Sometimes can squeeze in sometime without appointment if urgent. Can do some lab tests in office more affordable then major outpatient labs.

I would not recommend this office. There is no customer service, follow up or organization with this office staff. Dr Saeed is always nice and apologizes for wait times and etc but needs to hire someone to take charge and keep employees accountable for good patient service. Have been to this office over 20 times between myself and husband in last 6 months and never an positive experience and always spend 1-2 hours for simple visits because of excessive wait times. We can be seated and signed in with no other patients in the waiting area or doctor rooms and have patients come in 20+ mins after we were already there and they get taken back to rooms first even when our appt time is already past due and have not had our sign in sticker removed and checked in?? Have to call repeatedly regarding prescription refills or test results. Will always take your name and number to say they will check and call back and rarely call back if ever. As a patient you should not have to babysit… the staff to make sure they follow thru with what you need. Will be switching doctors as this office practice is ridiculous which is a shame as Dr Saeed is a good doctor when you can see him.
