I was 7 min late and they scolded me and wouldn’t take me. I couldnt believe how rude the front desk staff was. 7 minutes....

Dr Jains website makes her out to be really great and knowledgeable. I waited months to see her and establish a relationship with my dr. During Covid made me and my two great old son wait an hour to see her, I did not see anyone else in the office. Told her about arthritis in my back and panic attacks she told me to stretch for my arthritis, igniting that I’m alone carrying my baby and taking care of a five bedroom house by myself 5 days a week and didn’t show me any exercises and about the panic attacks told me to call another doctor she would give me names. I waited months to see her so I could have real help with anxiety. She spent no time with me looked at me as if she judged me to be a typical housewife and didn’t have any names available for me and didn’t address the panic. Left me to deal with chest pains. I thought she was an expert in anxiety. No mention of my rush for diabetes and what I could do to avoid it. The staff was beyond nice but some sounded confused. I think this… doctor shames people who need medication and doesn’t back up her beliefs or opinions or offers any alternatives. I wouldn’t go to her.

She’s caring, knowledgeable, understanding, and nurturing. She is the best doctor in my opinion

I felt very well taken care of, she explains things very well and gives very real and followable plans about how to be healthier. The receptionist knows my name, the office is very clean and professional looking, and I never want to go to another primary care physician. Would highly recommend.

I have met with Dr Jain several times over the years and have always been very pleased with her services and followup
