Making a patient wait longer then half an hr is unprofessional, especially if they scheduled an appointment.

The doctor visit went fine, but my main concern is that my prescription was never called into the pharmacy. I saw Dr. Sharna Ramsaroop, Dr. Nanda Ramsaroop’s sister, yesterday and went to pick up my prescription after, only to find out it was never called in. Today, I called the doctors office three times and my wife called once, and we were promised each time that the prescription would be called in today. Called the pharmacy a couple of times, just to find out they were never called in. This is unprofessional behavior. I need my prescription to get better, especially before the workweek, and the doctors office closed at 4 today and won’t be open until Monday.

Remarkable experience! I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new PCP. Dr. Ramsaroop is very pleasant - she reminds me of The White Queen from Tim Burton’s 2010 film, so lovely, and her staff are the friendliest. Dr. Ramsaroop takes her time to assess me, listens to my concerns and didn’t make me feel rushed. Their office environment is calming and ‘chillaxed’ - I never had a place that made me feel pampered like - a spa. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends!

Dr. Ramsaroop is by far one of the best doctors I’ve seen. She is kind, knowledgeable, and simply outstanding in her field. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Ramsaroop for years and love her! She is professional yet compassionate. She also listens when you tell her your concerns and addresses them.

Ridiculously large network HMO. The call one makes goes to a central office for all the Advantage Care Physicians offices located in the huge Metro Area. It is rare that the doctor gets an accurate message. Rarer still to get prompt feedback. Most of the check-up is done by assisitants. The doctor comes into the examing room for 2-3 minutes. Then you get dressed and see her for 2-3 minutes in her office and are told she will contact you with the results. Poor follow-up. Poor doctor contact with results. Generally, a very poor experience.
