Dr. Nasim Ahmed, MD

i've been to DR AHMED several times. i'm really not qualified to judge his skills. in my opinion,. he does not listen,and the last meds he prescribed had nasty side effects. i don't see any point in going back there as i don't think anything will change; maybe its my age , i don't know, but i don't have time or money, to waste on 'treatments' that do nothing for me.,or may even do harm,as the last ones did.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews of various doctors to make sure that the one I went to would be the best fit and I wouldn’t be wasting my precious money. I chose Dr. Ahmed because of the positive reviews which made him seem like a patient doctor who cares about patients and listens to figure out exactly what is going on with the patient, even in hard to diagnose cases. Instead I got a doctor who didn’t listen, wasn’t interested, was judgemental, couldn’t answer basic questions and what was answered was incorrect, didn’t even do a basic physical exam, and just pushed meds. I still don’t know what’s wrong with me and I don’t feel like I received adequate medical care. My appointment was a waste of time. Also, the office workers weren’t the nicest. I wouldn’t go back.

I was recently referred to Dr. Nasim Ahmed for further analysis of a recent Blood and liver ultra sound test. Since I had been a patient of his many years ago I looked forward to seeing him again. Dr. Nasim is extremely knowledgeable and displays the highest level of professional in his field, bar none. His bedside manners and patience insure that he covers all aspects that you may have concerning your health with due respect. His office facilities are spotless, comfortable and his staff themselves are well trained and always professional.

I needed to get in to see him quickly due to acute symptoms and the office staff did just this and He greeted me with warmth and compassion

After having my gall bladder surgery, he walking in with his reassuring smile and made me feel better, right away.

I call Dr. Ahmed, my personal "Dr. House" - - from the TV show. Dr. Almed is brilliant, caring and he bedside manner is much better than the fictional "Dr. House. " For years, my husband and I were stumped with my miscarriages. After I was in Dr. Ahmed care, who told me what went wrong. The miscarriages were a prelude, an advance warning, for the multiple-major-strokes that I suffered. If I would have had Dr. Almed back think, I may have dodged the strokes.

Dr. Ahmed is an excellent listener. He is diligent, yet does not run unnecessary tests nor prescribe unnecessary medications. Over Thanksgiving weekend I had an urgent question, and Dr. Ahmed called me back reasonably quick, called in some medication, and instructed me on scheduling a follow-up visit. It is evident he believes in working with your body toward healing.
