Dr. Natalia Mendoza, MD

I have only been to see Dr. Mendoza twice, the first time, like the second, I had to wait around 45 minutes to be seen, and the appointment lasted around 8 minutes, even though I had my two children. We told her that we didn't understand anything she told us, and that was what made her lose control. At the second appointment, she was very rude, from the moment she opened the door, she started talking to me and my son with an attitude, saying what part of it we hadn't understood!!!! Even saying she explained it to us in Spanish and English, she explained everything again very upset and in a derogatory way, she was very harsh, in short, ignorant and rude!!! And she showed that she has no kind of Ethics, she is a disgrace to Latinos, she believes that because she speaks Spanish and English it gives her the right to denigrate and mistreat people, and because of her, my little son who has Autism went into crisis. She has no tact or empathy when it comes to talking to her patients.

Dr. Mendoza is AWESOME! Not only is she extremely thorough, efficient, and highly professional, but she is extremely responsive. She provides a high level of quality care in an exceptionally caring manner. Dr. Mendoza is a huge credit to the practice!! Her staff is also excellent and always eager to help, which also reflects well on her. Hats off to Dr. Mendoza!!! My husband, who is also a patient, and I both love and highly recommend her!
