Dr. Natalie Annmarie Earl, MD

I saw Natalie Earl for a sinus infection back in October. Given the positive reviews I had read about her on Yelp and Vitals (not to mention that I normally prefer female docs and like to support women in medicine) I was disappointed that she didn't live up to her rave reviews. I was pretty sure I had a sinus infection coming into the appointment, so I didn't have a ton of questions. However, I was taken aback by her not introducing herself and seemed very rushed. I doubt she spent more than 3 minutes with me. She seemed nice so maybe I just caught her on an off day?

Both my daughters have been treated by Dr. Earl for profuse nosebleeds. Today, she cauterized my 4 year old's nose. She left as happy as she arrived - no tears shed. Thank you Dr. Earl! we highly recommend her.

The doctor was very quick in her examination. Even though she answered all my questions, she did not seem to be very concerned which did not give me a good feel and in 5min, the consulation was over! Very disappointed!Oh, and a note of caution, the nurse that first sees you before the doctor, will check your paperwork and also your ear. Even though I did not request for it, she removed a little wax from my ear (hardly noticeable amount, took a few seconds) and I did not think anything about it until I received my explanation of benefits payments from my health insurance: on which they charged me and extra $75 for "surgery" (in addition to the normal consultation fee). I called Natalie's office and they told me it was for the removal of the wax!! Another disappointment and even though I did not pay for it myself, I feel that they cheated the insurance companies in paying for basically nothing!

Surgery was not well performed- must re do, fees not well explained

Dr. Earl is the best surgeon I have never met. She is a caring and loving human being. She knows and loves what she is doing. There is no better way to say it. She is gifted and talented.

I found Dr. Earl to be very impersonal. It was my first time visiting the office and she barely spent 2 minutes with me. The assistant examined and treated my condition. Once the assistant finished I waited for the doctor to see me in the exam room for about 8-10 min. Her initial question, "So what brings you in today" quickly led me to believe that she didn't even take the time to review my chart before she entered the room and spent 2 minute with me. I don't even think she bothered to look me in the eye. Why have a patient fill out a form if you're not going to take the time to look at it?!I won't be back that's for sure.

Dr. Earl's examination was very thorough. She answered all my questions and she explained her diagnosis clearly. I did not feel rushed during the visit. Her bedside manner is very caring. I was very pleased.

Dr. Earl was very professional yet very warm, knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed with her approach to my issues and her desire to find the underlying cause. Her office staff were also exceedingly helpful and responsive -- something that is rare today.
