I won't ever be taking my mom back to Erin Cain's office 1. Waited over an hour. Multiple people walked into room w/o masks 2. Didn't suggest meds for mom's Type 2 Diabetes 3. Made 2 referrals that were out of mom's insurance network 4. Phlebotomy Technician knew mom was allergic to latex but didn't have any latex-free gloves. What doctor's office doesn't have latex-free gloves? 5. Bathroom she had to use for urine sample was a CHILD'S toilet. Thank God there were handrails for my disabled mom to hold onto to lower herself onto toilet seat. 6. On February 27, 2023 mom got a call about her labs. They wanted mom to go back in another 2 weeks. Mom asked her if they'd have latex-free gloves by then. She said, “Hmmm, I guess I could order them.” Mom asked her, “What doctor's office doesn't carry latex-free gloves in this day and age? Guess their office doesn't. If they're cutting costs when it comes to patient care, gloves, etc. where else are they cutting costs? 7. VERY difficult to get… in-and-out of their office let alone their “bathroom” with a rollator walker. It's not an ADA office. 8. Jamie from Aurora office called WEEKS later. I’ve been in patient of Dr Moore For over five years and he terminated my treatment yesterday after he had a bad day and couldn’t handle his emotions. This backs up similar reports I found on the web of other people who found this doctor to be uncaring insensitive and a general displeasure to be around. He has always been very short and to the point with the appointments he doesn’t care to ask you any questions he just wants to know what you want him to get you out. Yesterday I was left in a exam room waiting for the bad doctor, They left me unattended for over an hour and when I questioned him on it Dr Moore became highly volatile and threatened in my appointment multiple times and then walked out on me and then later terminated me from the practice without cause. Whatever he had going on in his head that day he let it affect how he treated me and made me feel unsafe. Do not trust your health or your family’s health and this man he is a fraud

I've been suffering from increasing abdominal pain for some months now. I saw Dr. Moore to discuss all my symptoms, run some tests and to also do my annual physical. It wasn't long and Dr. Moore had a strong suspicion what was wrong and quickly referred me to a surgeon. My Surgeon was Dr. C. Rogness who located & repaired the damage in my abdomen. Dr. Moore has an excellent team that are always kind, caring and supportive. Dr. Moore is not just an excellent doctor but a really good person who cares about the wellbeing of all his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Moore and his team!

Waited over a hr to see this doctor and then he provided rushed service where he was promoting a hormonal therapy replacement the whole time. Stay away!

My son is actually Dr. Moore's patient but as mom, who is also a RN and therefore been around many Docs, good and bad, I don't think I could ask for a more compassionate Doctor for my son. I highly recommend Dr. Moore.

Waited for three hours and provider spent 10 minutes with me. Missed a broken bone that two weeks later emergency department found. I received a 300 dollar bill for mednow and another bill from the emergency room. Though they missed my broken bone and told me just to take motrin, they still took me to collections within a month.

Not only is Dr. Moore excellent from a technical perspective, he truly cares about the health and well-being of his patients. He is thorough, professional and spends the necessary time to make a correct diagnosis while being both pleasant and reassuring.
