Good Dr. and NP's. Staff is rude and looks annoyed when you ask a question. Barely look up when you speak to them. Get new office staff and this practice will be 5 stars.

Never got to see the Doctor. Only the NP who gave me bad advice and that wound up costing me over $600. out of pocket for a color guard test that she said was covered by my insurance. I never recouped that money and I am a retired fixed income senior.

Dr. Soskel is an excellent physician and diagnostician. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a primary care physician.

I have been a patient of Dr. Soskel for over twenty years. He provides wonderful care and is a superb physician. Dr. Soskel provides excellent references, when a specialist is required. He genuinely cares about his patients.

The staff is rude and has no clue as to how to treat people Dr Soskel is wonderfull unfortanatly the office makes people leave him.

Front Staff is rude, ou need to understand that the Doctor and Nurse Practicioners are the reason you are there. You won't find a better combination of brains,bedside manner and accessibility anywhere. The front staff doesn't treat me

Although Dr. Neil Soskel is a kind, compassionate and very good doctor, his staff are appalling! They all lack basic training in dealing effectively and professionally with patients. I have personally experienced their discourteous behaviour first hand and on many occasions their misconduct would be grounds from immediate dismissal in any other place of business. Sadly Dr. Soskel allows his patients to be at the mercy of these ill-trained staff members who have let his practice down.

As soon as I walked into the office today the staff was treating a patient horribly. They were rude an inappropriate. The dr witnessed what was going on and did nothing except for defend his staff. It was evident that there was no defense. I noticed that a patient in the waiting room walked out and left. When I approached the desk, they were extremely unfriendly and curt. I would never recommend this dr to anyone and I'm looking for another one.

Frst doctor that calls you back with the results of any test thenext day. He listens to you and is very on point with the diagnosis . The staff work with you for appointments , and the office waiting area is all new.

Dr Soskel is a great doc, really friendly and personable.
