Best experience ever with this doctor, despite the ignorance of the radiology director Joe Lopez. I imagine they hired Mr. Lopez for comic relief, as I can not phantom any hospital actually hiring him to resolve a patient complaint. The wait time was astronomical because Dr. Dutton was not only taking care of his patients, but an emergency, and a partners patients according to the techs! Mr. Joe Lopez marching in as if he could actually resolve the situation only attributed to his clown like nature—the most unprofessional person I ever met. His staff and other patients thought poorly of their “radiology director Joe”. It would have been comical, if I was not sick. At least Dr. Dutton was there to actually take care of me—his patient. I was advised by Mr. Lopez to write a review on Dr. Dutton. He wanted me to file a complaint about him. The only complaint I have is on Mr. Joe Lopez. Dr. Dutton explained everything to me, and I had the quickest, most painless procedure in my life. Want… me to write a review on Dr. Dutton? That’s what I’m doing! Dr. Dutton is excellent, and Mr. Lopez is the clown of the facility. Thank God you can find doctor Dutton in other places, and evade the clown! Any suggestions on how my family and I can file a complaint on Mr. Lopez.

Dr. Dutton really knows what he is doing. I always schedule my appointments with him. I'm actually in the process of switching hospitals just to follow him. He takes the procedures and pain control during the procedures seriously. Request him if you are looking for an experienced doctor and want the best results from your procedure.
