Dr. Nichole Ann Urban, MD

Dr Urban is very unprofessional and lacks respect. Her condescending tone and the way she treats her patients is awful.

My Doc sent all very recent tests and recent blood work for my appointment BUT she did not look at anything to prepare to see me in her office. She came in and actually asked if anything was actually sent? I had copies but when I looked at her computer she did not open the window to see the information sent? She was not really interested in my possible issue and was dismissive to send me back to my primary care but did have me get an ultrasound script but was vague on the form as to what she was looking for (my 2 doctors already found and did not believe me). Going to another 2 Docs for another opinion. Not a fan of women Docs.

Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Urban. She brings to her profession a gift that only that God can give. Dr. Urban personifies a unique quality which goes beyond what the eye can see. A heart of compassion and a sincere desire to go over and beyond her talents as just a mere surgeon. Dr. Urban is amazing! She took the time in between her surgeries to come and talk to me and help calm my nerves as I was about to have emergency surgery removing my gallbladder. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions and performed a successful surgery on me! I would go to her again and recommend her to all my loved ones!

No bedside manners

Very little eye contact or interest in my concerns about having surgery. Barely spent enough time with me to diagnose my hernias, making me scared to allow her to operate. Gave me zero helpful solutions to deal with my present everyday pain as I wait for surgery. Will be looking for another surgeon. One who might care how being in pain & out in STD will affect my life.

Dr.Urban was great. I ended up going to the wrong office; but she waited for me to get there instead of making me reschedule. She performed a muscle biopsy on my leg. She made sure I knew everything I needed to know and has great bedside manner. Granted, what I had was a simple procedure; but I would go back to her again. The staff was a little cranky, but that doesn't really bother me.

Being in the medical field I am use to dealing with many medical professionals. I provide a certain level of care for my patients that I expect to be provided with. I must say that Dr. Urban goes above and beyond my expectations. She has a great bedside manner, cares about my pain, my concerns, and me as a patient. She took to answer my questions multiple times. If I had to have surgery again she is the one I would pick. She is the perfect package in my opinion.

Doctor Urban was great! Moved up my surgery, took my gallbladder, and checked in daily.l while in hospital.

Great at communication before surgery. Made you and family feel comfortable. Surgery successful & visits you in hospital to see how things are going and any questions. Would recommend Dr Urban Did not go to her office yet so no other rating possible.
