Dr. Nicole Arcand, MD

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment with Dr. Arcand in extreme pain. My appointment was very, very rushed and I don't believe she even saw a person behind my words. She quickly reviewed my x-rays and minimized what I was telling her, and gave me a "handout" of three exercises I should do. That was it. She left the "visit" as quickly as she could and I never got to ask the simple questions I came with. She may be "skilled" but she is no longer listening to her patients!

She may be ok. But zero compassion and a terrible staff. Stay away

Dr Armand replaced the rod in my right femur bone on right leg after I got an infection under it a few years after my car accident in 2010

Excellent Doctor that listens to your concerns, I would recommend her to anyone with a foot problem.

Dr. Arcand did not listen to me. She ignored the fact that I had incurred a serious & painful personal injury to my left foot. She refused to order the MRI at my first visit that could have prevented further personal injury , UNNECESSARY MEDICAL TESTS & EXPENDITURES, personal pain, continued disability & continued anguish.

I highly recommened dr arkand. My husband had a trama ankle-leg injury back in dec of 2011 and dr anrcand was his sergon. She is so passionate about her job and helping peoples lives. She is extremely intelligent and is able to completely explain every question I ask her, in full detail. She also is very current and up to date with all the new modern ways of medical procedures. Other doctors I've incountered lately are older and stuck in there's ways from the past. I would deffinatly recommend dr nicole arcand to my family and friends.
