Dr. Nicole Lynn Gergen Villapiano, MD

Doctor saw my child and I gave a concern about my babies crawling and how she wasnt using right leg but wasnt in pain or anything. Doctor noticed at visit she favored left leg so got an x ray even though there was no pain or anything. Calls me a day later saying my 9 month olds femur broke and she is turning me in. I explained I didnt believe this because she had no pain and assured her my daughter was never abused in any way and never had an accident but she said she still had to go through with turning me in because she was 99.9% possitive it was a femur break. She said she looked over the xray and talked with radiologist before coming up with this conclusion because of what results were.Office treated me bad after this when I called office the next day about orthopedic doctor cancelling. Brought baby to Syracuse er where they were going to cast her if I didnt get a second xray.syracuse looks over both xrays taken and tell me my daughter had nothing wrong with her leg and is fine. So… misdiagnosed my daughter, turned me in to cps, filed a police report all because her 99.9% positivity was false.

I saw her about five weeks ago, I was in the room were the nurse's look you over 1st, she left and for my 1st time ever I had a PANIC attack right in the room. She came in an spent alot of time, calming me down. Then walked me to their lunch room full of Windows and stayed even longer. Then asked me if she could go see another patient. She left came back and checked on me twice, gave me the number to call if I had any more trouble that night. She isby far the BEST 1st time doctor I Have seen in over 35 years!!!! I just called the Urgent Care Clinic I saw her at if I could make another appointment to see her again. On a scale from 1-10 She is a 12!!!!!!!
