Dr. Nicole Christine Troy, MD

Dr Troy used to be a good doctor but over the last 5 years she is rushed, doesn’t listen and is dismissive. Long wait and front desk can be rude.

I saw her NP today as she was out. I was tld Im sorry we are out of time when I asked her to please look at a lump in my breast- I literally said you want me to come back - Im right here now- she said yes you didnt come in for that so I cannot look at it I will be leaving the practice immediately

Every time I make a schedule appointment I am in the waiting room or in the actual office for over and hour before I am even seen. They have rescheduled appointments and have given incorrect information for times. I don’t believe I should have to pay for services that’s are hours behind!

Dr. Troy always takes the time to listen to what concerns. Love her!

This is the most un compassionate Dr I have ever gone to . I guess she doesn't have her Dr degree in that . So sad what goes on in todays world Dr's who don't care ....

Terrible overweight doctor

Dr. Troy is a good doctor is you are not a very demanding patient or a patient who needs specialized care. She does not follow patients with disabilities. She will not provide care for patients when they are left abandoned by other doctors. She is not a doctor who will be there for you as a patient. If you have a disability and need specialized care I suggest you look for a doctor more willing to be sympathetic to the needs of the disabled.

I have been a patient of Dr. Troy's for years as well as my son. She is one of the best doctors i've ever met. She listens, always has appointments available, and really cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for doctor.

She was very caring, understanding and compassionate until today. I have had numerous lumbar spine surgeries fusing three levels of my vertebrae together. I was also in a near fatal car accident which left me with a broken left femur in which I contracted a severe Staph infection that went into the bone causing me to have Osteomyelitis turning a portion of the bone into mush. I now have a left leg which is almost two inches shorter than the right putting an immense amount of stress on the disks abouve and below my spinal fusion. Because my pelvic bone is now quite a bit lower on the left side it is squeezing the right side of the lowest disk on my spine causing severe disk compression as well as causing tons of inflamation which in turn is affecting my nerves. Dr. Troy had been prescribing some pretty strong pain medicine for the past 3-4 months which kept me fairly comfortable. On my last visit she decided not to prescribe pain meds any longer which I will be out of tomorrow and… instead of tapering me off slowly as the medication guideand the FDA states to do she decides to just suddenly stop the medication which means during the next week I will be going through withdrawal symptoms (for example, nausea, vomiting, anxiety, sweating and shivering) not to mention I will be in an unthinkable amount of pain. This is inhumane especially from a doctor whom you trusted and expected would take the best possible care of a patient.
