I had a very positive experience at Prince William Ambulance Surgical Center. Admittance went quickly and efficiently. Once admitted for surgery, the nurses and the medical team preformed their duties with professionalism, before and after the procedure. The only troubling aspect of my total experience was the lengthy wait time, I was told that there was equipment failure.

Rude and inpatient.

Yells at patients. Bad with elderly.

Cold. Insensitive. Uncaring. Yelled at my elderly Mom when she had a hard time hearing her. All of these glowing review must be fake to boost her rating.

Worst g.i doctor I’ve seen . Has no care for patients and told me I needed to see a therapist because she didn’t believe my symptoms. She also is unknowable in her specialty as I can point to a few dozen websites to prove her wrong. Definitely wouldn’t go to this doctor !

Dr. Phatak was very thorough and listened to me when i described my symptoms when my prior GI did not. She knew right away what was wrong and squeezed me into her already booked procedure schedule the next day and diagnosed and treated my ulcer. She ordered several follow up procedures to ensure I was healed. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a qualified and caring GI.

Dr. Nina PHATAK is certainly on top of her game. She is very thorough and has excellent credentials. She approaches her patients with a caring and concerned manner.
