This has nothing to do with the doctor. The appointment desk scheduled me with the wrong type of doctor. I explained that I had vein issues in both feet and they placed me with a surgeon that is not his field. A waste of two hours and X-rays. I have gone elsewhere. The doctor was very apologetic.

He is the best in his field and I feel really good when I go and see him about my situation. Knowledge is key and he provided me with all my questions answered by the time I left.

From the moment Dr D’Souza walked in at my first appointment, I liked how he approached my foot issue. Throughout the whole process of surgery and follow-up treatment, he was friendly, professional and provided excellent care fixing what another surgeon botched. I highly recommended him. I’ve worked for, and have been treated by, other orthopedic surgeons so recognize quality in a healthcare provider.

WHEN DR. Dsouza CAME IN THE I FELT LIKE I HAD A CONNECTION WITH HIM IMMEDIATELY HE THEN WENT TO CHECK ME AS HE WAS TALKING TO ME I BROUGHT IN A 5 YEAR MRI AND AFTER EXAMINING ME HE ASKED ME WHERE DO I FEEL THE AND HE DETERMINED WE NEED TO GET A UP TO DATE MRI AND TAKE THE NEXT STEP TO WHAT HE SEES ON THE NEW MRI ..... THANKS

Quick and easy to set the appointment. Doctor was in and in less than 5 minutes. Did not seem too concerned. 5 broken toes. Said a couple could or could not be broken. In a lot of pain, kind of gave me some guff when I asked for specific pain meds. Oh well. Bedside manner somewhat lacking. Oh yeah forgot the paper work from the ER visit from the night before. Took them awhile to find it. I’m not a nitpicker, but it’s my foot that is broken.
