Dr. Nita K Divan, MD

Dr. Devon was insulting me within five minutes, because I hadn’t had my colonoscopy or my mammogram, even though we’ve been dealing with Covid for over a year and a half, even at one point telling me I needed a psychiatrist and meds, she’s a bully and she’s rude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Divan’s for a few years. After I started going there, I have had my whole family going there and also recommended many friends. Everyone has been pleased going to Dr. Divan. Dr. Divan is a kind, compassionate doctor who listens to her patients. Plus, she is not part of a large group so you don’t have to deal with different doctors every time or after hours. Her office is also very accommodating in getting us into the office urgently. Dr. Divan is like an old school doctor who is fully focused on treating patients and improving the quality of their lives. Dr. Divan is also very personable and easy to talk to. Her staff is very professional and the office is well-maintained. I would highly recommend her if anyone is looking for a PCP.

I have a number of physical issues which haven't been sufficiently addressed by other doctors. Dr. Divan was extremely attentive, figured out what was wrong with me when other doctors had not and came up with a plan for my treatment. She is very intelligent and thorough. I appreciated the time she spent with me. I didn't feel rushed at all. It felt like someone was finally putting things together to get to the bottom of my medical issues. I'm grateful to my friend who recommended her to me. A bunch of my co-workers go to her as well and are all extremely happy with her care.

Dr. Divan is very thorough. She listens to my concerns and has always given great advice. She is kind and caring and is an excellent doctor. I have been a patient of her practice for 2 years and have recommended her to many friends who have all been happy with Dr. Divan as well. Her office hours work well with my work schedule. The office staff is also very courteous and the office is maintained well. The location is also very convenient.

I agree with all of the other negative reviews here, it is exactly what I encounterd. Terrible doctor makes you feel like a specimen and is just looking for more things to charge you for. Switched over when the other doctor in the practice moved and could not be more upset. Recommendations welcome for a new doctor.

Nita Divan is a fairly decent physician. Unfortunately, she has students and expects her paying customers to submit to being interrogated and examined by them!! I REFUSED AND WAS CHASTISED AND THREATENED WITH DISCHARGE!!! I'm not a practice dummy or a training aid! She clearly fails to comprehend personal prefences and respect for privacy! I will be seeking a new primary, unless she beginsto respect the wishes of those she serves. If you don't want students with attitudes, find a different practice!

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Divan's office. The office staff is always courteous and helpful and the time spent in the waiting room has always been minimal (less than 10 minutes). Dr. Divan spends plenty of time with me during my visits to explain my medical situations and follows up with me on a regular basis. I have been going to her office for over 5 years now. I have recommended Dr. Divan to my family and friends on a regular basis.

I have been seeing Dr Divan for about 5 yrs now. I will start off by saying that in the past, it was a huge waiting game! I'd wait in the waiting room for an hour and then in the exam room for another 30 to 45 min. Then the student and PA would come in for the exam. Then Dr. Divan would come in to repeat everything you just went through. I haven't been in a year and half because I was actually contemplating switching doctors. Today, the wait was less, the repetition between student/PA to doctor was less, so that was a plus. HOWEVER, I did NOT like the way the PA handled my care. She constantly interrupted and spoke over me, and did not hear or take into consideration what I had to say. I finally just ended up telling her "Fine, do whatever you want. Write a prescription for whatever you want." I was so annoyed. Dr Divan, herself, came in, was calm, and listened to me. I go back in one month for a follow up. At that visit, I will decide if I'd like to continue my care… here.

I have been going to Dr. Divan's office for several years now and continue to be impressed with the professionalism of the office. After first meeting with a PA, I spent plenty of time with Dr. Divan reviewing my health situation. She provided a good recommendation for treatment. I left extremely satisfied with the time spent in the office. I spent less than 10 minutes in the waiting room as well, which was another plus. I was also able to stop in at the Quest lab, which was in the same building, for some follow up testing and get that done at the same time.
