Once again my husband and I have tried for 3 hours to get through on every line to get referral, prescription refill and appointments and you cannot get through. No one ever calls back when you leave a message. We drove there in person last week and 5 staff including the Dr are sitting in there all laughing and yukking it up while they can't take a minute to answer phone....and it's all just so funny to them I guess. We are searching for a new place, they are terrible.

I appreciate that Dr. Evangelista includes me as an active participant in my own well being. She has a cordial and helpful staff. She is easy to talk to; and she encourages a healthy lifestyle, providing current information and advice to that end. She is a warm and caring gatekeeper. Please visit her for excellent care.

My husband and I recently relocated from PA to DE and are so happy to have found Dr. Evangelista. We had our first visit and physical exams. Dr. Evangelista and her staff took the time to understand our medical history and address short and long term objectives for a healthier lifestyle. We hope not to visit the doc on a regular basis but when needed, it is nice to know that we found a home with a team who cares.

I recently relocated to Delaware after retiring from another state. I'm a retired officer who was injured in the line of duty. After my back surgery my depart. retired me because I was left with some permanent nerve damage. I saw Dr. Evangelista twice and gave her all my background history. After asking about handicap parking permit she stated her findings do not support for such. SHE NEVER ONCE LOOKED AT MY BACK OR ASK ME TO BEND. I guess this whole injury and disability is just a scam!
