I HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR, I CHECK IN AT 2:30 PM FOR A 3 PM APPOINTMENT, UNFORTUNATLEY THE RECEPTIONIST SCHEDULED ME WITH DR. OLIVER YOUSSEF, I GET INTO THE ROOM AT 4:05 TO BE TOLD DR.OLIVER YOUSSEF WON'T SEE ME BECAUSE I AM A PATIENT OF DR. JAN YOUSSEF, HE DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO EVEN COME INTO THE ROOM AND EXPLAIN THE REASONING FOR HIS DECISION OR EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, IN MY OPINION THAT IS INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ON HIS PART, MY TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AND VALUABLE AS HIS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A ENT, HE HAS NO COMPASSION FOR ANYONE WHO HAS WAITED 3 WEEKS AND IS IN PAIN,THIS DOCTOR COULD HAVE SEEN ME OR AT LEAST MADE AN EFFORT TO TRY TO MAKE ME FEEL A LITTLE BETTER, THIS DEFINETLY IS NOT A DOCTOR I WOULD RECOMMENT!!!!

My family and I are Super happy with dr. Oliver Yussef. He performed septoplasty surgery on me recently and he changed my life. Thank you Dr. Yussef. I cannot Thank you enough

I needed to see an Otolaryngologist ASAP since we were in the process of moving to Florida. We had less than two weeks for the move. His staff not only took me in immediately, but stayed constantly in touch to make sure I had all the tests I needed for a diagnosis. Even when I moved to Florida, Madeline would call to make sure I found a doctor. That's what I call dedication and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend his office staff as well.

My 3 year old daughter had her tonsils remove. Everyone in the office were so nice and caring. I highly recommend this doctor to everyone he was the best.

My son a bad nose bleed in the morning and took awhile to stop. I called the office which was closed at that time, but Dr. Youssef called me back right away. He explained as long as the bleeding stopped and he didn't feel ill that I should just keep an eye on him. Unfortunately, he started bleeding again really bad in the afternoon. When i called they suggested that if I feel inclined to go to the er that I should, or if I wanted that I could come in. I chose to take him to the office as they were closer. The Dr cauterized him and the bleeding stopped. He's been good since. I appreciate the quick effort by the office. If I had one complaint it would be I wish they were open on weekends.
