Attentive and concerned

Dr. Ramirez became my GI doctor when I came down with a severe case of pain in my abdomen. I had gone to ER and been admitted for four days. On being discharged I sought out a doctor who could do further testing and put me on the path to better GI health. Dr. Ramirez did testing and got to the root of my problem. I am happy to say that I only see him for an annual GI checkup now. His staff is excellent, calls are returned and they work with you on schedules as well as prescriptions as needed.

Dr. Ramirez was able to find out what numerous others could not. No matter the distance, I'll return!

Overall the visit was satisfactory. The facility was clean, ample parking, and check-in was efficient and quick. The biggest issues was the amount of time spent waiting to see the doctor. I arrived in sufficient time to fulfill the requirements for check-in as well as meeting my scheduled appointment time. I ended waiting almost 45 minutes past the time of my 1145 AM appointment. There was also a small delay in checking out. The doctor was apologetic about the length of time I had to wait. But overall all things wet well.

Visited Dr Ramirez for first time two weeks ago. We scheduled a colonoscopy. He explained everything well and his staff are pleasant to deal with. Procedure was quick and the staff followed up next day to make sure I didn’t have any issues.
