Dr. Parisa Farhi, MD

I've been Dr. Farhi's patient since 2019 when I was diagnosed with glaucoma. She and her staff are responsive, kind, caring and very knowledgeable; I've always felt very comfortable knowing I could ask questions and have issues explained in a way that is easy to understand. Dr. Farhi is very thorough and takes time with each patient. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!!

Dr. Farhi is such a nice person, she explains things to were you understand it. The staff at the office is very nice. Also the office was very clean. The days of my surgery she made sure to make you calm and the staff at hospital was also very nice. I will recommend everyone to go to her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Farhi for over eight years. She has performed surgery on both eyes for cataract removal and follows me closely for glaucoma. I am comforted by her knowledge and expertise and appreciate the time she takes with me and in answering my questions. She has the warmest bedside manner and is so very kind. I have taken my parents to their appointments about 6 times within the last few years. They have never been seen on time. The shortest wait has been an hour. The actual time with the doctor is about 15 minutes for each of them. The wait time is typically TWO TO THREE HOURS! No one ever apologizes; apparently this is normal for them. It's no wonder this happens, because they schedule appointments for every ten minutes. I've noticed a few times that if a patient gets especially loud and upset with the receptionist, he or she is magically the next person seen by the doctor.

Went to schedule appointment filled out paper work and then receptionist told me my insurance card was for vision Dr. only and Dr. Farhi is a surgeon and would need medical card. I tried to tell her she was wrong because, I used this card at different Dr's office's and hospitals and that is my medical card. So I called blue cross and two week's later I had a new card and it is the same as the first one so the can kiss my @$$ and I will take my business somewhere else. No one is worth that much trouble.
