Dr. Patricia Almario Cruz Reyes, MD

We seen Reyes-Cruz at our first visit with our newborn son and was not what we expected. My son had low blood sugar while in the hospital after we delivered. So I assumed at my first visit she would check his sugars to see if they were steady, nope she just overlooked the paper I brought with his levels, dismisses said nothing. She instructed us to feed our newborn son 1 oz every 2-3 hours which we continued to do until our next visit in 5 days. Upon our next visit she let’s us know our son was underweight, and that we should have been feeding him 2 oz this entire time. My husband and I made sure the first visit to write it down to not forget, we knew what she said the first visit. Not to mention the office is not sanitary to any means. The paper that you put your child on is sitting on the floor and rolled up to have your newborn on. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. I believe this is a doctor that cares about money and wants your child to stay sick so she can get… paid for each visit, or else why would she purposely have us underfeed our child for an entire week?

I took my baby here for the first time and i was super happy. They have 2 MD's in the office so my baby is always seen by a Dr, no PA's. The wait time was a bit long but it is a pediatrics office so it is expected. The Dr was nice and answered all my questions. Office staff was nice didn't have an issue making an appointment or checking in. Much better then her last Dr's office where she saw a different PA every time.
