Patricia Pisinger, MD

Dr. Pisinger was our family doctor for 15 years. The only reason she is still not our doctor is that Scripps canceled the contract with SCAN Advantage program. There is no doubt that I would not be alive were it not for her dogged determination to find and solve problems. My wife and I find her to be the most professional, diligent, and caring doctor we have known in our 80+ years of life.

In the 5 years I have had Dr. Pisinger I have only ever been able to meet with her twice. All other times her appointments are booked months out and I have to see someone else. And the two times I have actually been seen by her she is more than 40 mins late. What’s the point of making and appointment?

Dr. Pisinger is one of the best doctors I’ve seen. She has amazing office manners. She takes the time and talk to u and listen to you. I always feel confident at the end of my appointments with her.

Doc is caring and thourough . She will take the time to understand your physical and mental needs. I never feel rushed or pushed through the system.I feel that my health & well being matter & she is there for me. I'm confident in care management and with her desicions. It's been nearly 20 years & if I need to wait 15 minutes to be seen by an excellent physician with my best interest at heart so be it. I'd wait an hour to see her.

She's a good doctor don't get me wrong but this lady has absolutely ZERO sense of honoring appointment times. I have lost 3 days of work because she is CONSTANTLY running 30 mins or greater behind schedule. I completely understand that getting behind happens but not every single time you schedule an appointment...I mean why bother having an appointment system if you can't even honor the appointment.

Dr. P was our family doctor for 10 years approximately. She is thorough and truly compassionate. She strives to get to the root of the problem. We since have moved and still miss having her as a doctor.

She really talks to her patient and spend reasonable time with patient.

Dr. Pisinger asks the questions to get to the problem. Very caring. She has a sense of humour, with me that puts me at ease. Knowledge, professional AND caring!
