Dr. Patrick James Hulst, MD

Dr. Hulst made me feel right at home. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor which is an A+ in my eyes. He didn’t right me off as another patient but treated me like I was his only one. He doesn’t do any unnecessary tests and gets to your concerns. I am currently starting my 1st family and have millions of questions and concerns but he kept my mind at ease. I would highly recommend him for any family doctor! Not only is he my OBGYN, he also is taking care of my thyroid, back, and health issues that I have/ had. All around great doctor!

Dr. Hurst is the most amazing doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He has been our family doctor for over 10 years and has delivered my children, watching them grow giving advice every step of the way. I've never waited in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes after my appointment and am always greeted warmly by him and his staff. He makes you feel at ease and will have you laughing before you leave. He takes his time with you and finds the diagnosis quickly and give options so that you are as much in charge of your health as he is. He has even given me medical advice for my children and husband during my appointments at no additional charge. If you ever have to go to the ER, expect him to either show up to see you or call you the next day to see how your doing and see if you need to come in for a follow up. We are relocating down south and the only thing I worry about is finding a doctor as good as him. I would and have recommended him to many and will truly miss him and… the staff at LFM. If I didn't have children I would continue to be a patient of his and see him when I come back to Michigan to visit. But kids get sick and hurt and I really don't want to drive a child with the flu or broken bone 10 hours each way.
