Dr. Paul Anthony Hinton, MD

Dr. Paul Hinton, can be a decent doctor, but he is a incompetent to get anything done, I has been 2 weeks since the pharmacy and use to keep trying to reach them just to refill diabetes test strips. My poor mom had to pay self pay cause Dr Paul Hinton is to incompetent to serve his patients. The St.Charles office is horrible

Dirty old buildings, clueless staff, new practitioners every time I go, billing is a nightmare (especially if you have to deal with Ashley) constant run arounds, will no longer be visiting or supporting any of their practices, you would probably get better care in some ghetto free clinic

Everything he told me after I tried to explain my situation where I really needed his help ..And he just LIED OUT RIGHT

At. Does not address your concerns...AT ALL!!! DOESNT GET BACK WITH U FOR NOTHING...DOESNT FOLLOW UP OR THRU...RUN DONT SEE THIS MAN

will not send prescriptions in on time, usually about a week late

My children had been seeing Dr. Umar, but unfortunately when he retired Dr. Paul and Jennifer Hinton took over for him. Since then my children have ONLY seen a doctor a couple times (Jennifer Hinton, never saw Paul Hinton) and for some reason they only schedule with the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner is fantastic, but not a doctor. I recently had my sick daughter in the office and of course was seen by the nurse, was told she could go back to school the next day if she had a couple doses of drops for pink eye and if her fever stayed away and then told us to come back if she got worse. She got worse and since I never see a doctor in the office I chose to take her to the E-R. It turns out she has pneumonia. This is not the first incident like this we've had with this office either and have complained about not seeing a doctor on several different occasions. I would highly recommend staying away from this office!

My son was not feeling well & needed to get to class, called the office and they told him to come right up, they would work him in ! So thankful that the staff & providers care so much about their patients !

My children and I have been a patient of Hinton Healthcare Care for over 2 years and I have always encountered caring and compassionate nurses and providers!
