When going to Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons office on Frank Ave. you will be very impressed with the large staff to handle every step of your appointment. The office procedure is very streamlined, efficient and friendly. They explain what you will be experiencing in each room and welcome any questions/concerns you may have. Dr. Turgeon has a pleasant bedside manor. He is easy to talk to and answers any questions and concerns you may have. You don't feel liked you are being rushed in or rushed out. From beginning to end Dr. Turgeon and his staff were very friendly and helpful explaining everything thoroughly for each phase of the process. I had cataract surgery on both eyes with multi focal lenses implanted. Results were exceptional restoring vision to 20-20 in both eyes. I would have no reservations recommending Dr. Turgeon for any eye concerns. My wife is planning to have her cataracts done next year and will request Dr. Turgeon too.

I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes and found the level of care and expertise from Dr. Paul Turgeon and the entire team to be top-notch. They explained all of my options and the surgeries themselves (with the femtosecond laser) were almost a non-event. I had no residual post-operative pain, and my vision has been restored to near perfection, having addressed not only the cataracts but also my long-standing nearsightedness and astigmatism. After 60 years of wearing corrective lenses (both eyeglasses and contacts) I no longer need anything to see clearly both at a distance and up close. I was a challenge to the office for my cataract surgery due to my severe nearsightedness. Dr. Turgeon took special interest in the case, and I am amazed at the results. From my first visit, through both surgeries, to my final visit, I have been treated with care and always felt my outcome was their prime concern. While I realize my condition was unique, I have since heard from others stating this same sentiment. I rarely have been as pleased with results as I have been with my lens replacements.

Had an initial visit to determine if I was a candidate for Lasik surgery. He thoroughly discussed all of the options along with the benefits and side effects. On the day of surgery, everything went smooth and painless. During the follow up visits, I encountered some longer wait times, but that was the only negative thing I can say about the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr Turgeon to anyone that wants to have lasik surgery!
