Please think twice and long before you allow this Doctor to do an ablation on your leg. The end result could be 10X worse than before. And just like other posters have said, her reply is the same, “it’s normal for it to take 6 weeks”, then it’s 8 weeks, then it’s 6 months!! How about still NO relief a year after she’s ruined your life!

This is a real, raw and honest review. My grandmother of 71-years old recently passed away JUST last night after battling a tough 6-month journey of leukemia. As her grandson, I would take her very often to her appointments with Dr. Muto for varicose veins in the legs. One procedure after the next, my grandmother would consistently complain about the horrific pain she would feel on both legs - weeks, even months after the procedures were done. The pain she would feel was not normal, so we would go back into the office to get it checked out and Dr. Muto would always come back with the same response, “this is normal and expected - pain and swelling can last up to 6-8 weeks, especially in older people”. Her veins were blown inside and her legs were hard as ROCKS + incredibly swollen. Her veins being blown, of course, lead to a large amount of bruising on not only the insides, but the outside of her legs - her legs didn’t look the same. It was heartbreaking to see her go through this… much pain because once she was diagnosed with leukemia, it was clear that because of the cancer, she was not healing properly. We understand that Dr. Muto specializes in veins. However, if Dr. Muto paid more attention to detail from the beginning - as any wise/GREAT physician should and would have even though they’re not ‘specialized’ in that area.. even mid-way through her treatment and constant return to her office due to the pain, my grandmother would have gotten the proper care and testing done much sooner - and, quite possibly, would still be here with us today. I will NEVER go back to this woman to be seen, will not recommend anybody here.. nor do I advise ANYBODY to trust this woman’s diagnoses and ‘expertise’. It’s a shame!! It’s clear that this sick woman is in this field for the $$$$ after doing research in her and reading many reviews. PLEASE be your own advocate when it comes to your health and ALWAYS get a second opinion..

This physicians office double booked me fro the same time slot with another patient. By their own admission, this is common practice. NOT. After having spent three decades as a health care professional myself, this is not common practice. To make matters worse, she spent ten minutes or so with me and then billed a CPT code 99204 which is a comprehensive 45 minute visit. When I questioned this with her office staff, they insisted that she had met the requirements for that billing code. Bottom line is that I and Medicare were billed for services that were not rendered.

The wait time in the office, which is not Clean or pleasant,was very long!!

Dr. Muto and her team were terrific and I am very grateful. I suffered for many years because of my legs and Dr. Muto not only was able to make the proper diagnosis but also to fix the problem quickly and with very little discomfort. I would recommend her to anyone with bad legs.

Met Dr. Muto for the first time in my life as I lay in the hospital emergency room. She responded to my need for surgery to be done ASAP. She explained in laymens terms her plan of action for my surgery to me and my family. She made sure the emergency room staff followed her direction in getting all needed tests and prep work completed. After the operation Dr. Muto spent time with me and was easy for me to talk to during my eight day stay at the hospital.

Very bad experience. I had a DVT after lasor vein surgery,I suffered PE both lungs. My led is much worse now and I will have to have a follow up with an experienced surgeon.
