Dr. Peggy Drucker Headstrom, MD

I recently turned 50 and with that milestone comes a preventive colonoscopy screening. I had heard horrible things about the prep prior, yet it wasn't as terrible as I had anticipated. The people I spoke with at the front desk gave me great tips on what I could eat/drink and how to basically stay sane through the process. I checked in on time, staff was super friendly and had the first appointment after lunch. Dr. Headstrom has great bedside manner and answered all of my questions. The procedure went smoothly, there was absolutely no pain and I was not aware of anything even happening until I woke up. The entire process was so much better than I had anticipated.

Colonoscopy went well.

Although I went into my first visit with Dr. Headstrom feeling nervous I left feeling conpletely confident that I was in good hands. My experience with her has been extremely satisfying. She is very professional, explains everything completely and thoroughly and exudes confidence. There is no doubt in my mind that I am in good hands. I totally trust in her and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of this kind of service. OF COURSE she followed up with me to make sure I was doing well and to follow up on what will come next. I cannot say enough about Dr. Headstrom and my experience with her. THANK YOU DR. HEADSTROM.

Dr Headstrom is a very good GI doctor. I like that she is very efficient with her communications. The patient portal is great, and she responds within hours (sometimes minutes) of me sending messages through the portal. She seems very smart and confident. Appointments don't drag on, but don't need to because she obviously processes information very quickly. She has helped me a lot.

Dr. Headstrom is a wonderful doctor, exceptional bedside manner and the most thorough GI doctor I've ever had. She called me following a routine colonoscopy at home to check up on me and I've had multiple procedures have never had the doctor call me, she really takes a personal interest in her patients and truly listens. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a GI, she is very wholistic in her care approach.
