I'VE BEEN GOING TO DR. JACOBSON FOR ABOUT 10 YRS, HAVE ALWAYS HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH HIS STAFF, HAVING PAINFUL STOMACH ISSUES, WENT YESTERDAY, SAID I NEEDED A CT SCAN, WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE INFO THAT DAY OR NEXT MORNING, CALLED THIS MORNING TO GET RESULTS, WAS TOLD THEY HADN'T RECEIVED REPORT YET, CALLED IMAGING CENTER, SAID REPORT WAS FAXED OVER YESTERDAY, THEY WOULD RESEND.... CALLED DR OFFICE BACK, THEN WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS FOR THEM TO READ RESULT BECAUSE THEY WERE SHORT ON STAFF, IN THE MEANTIME, I GUESS I HAVE TO SIT HERE AND SUFFER. WHEN I GET THIS RESOLVED, I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DR......

I have been seeing Debbie for years. She is a wonderful Nurse Practitioner. She listens and has always been able to diagnosis me.

I have been going to Dr. Jacobson's office for many years and I have never had a bad experience. You don't find a lot of doctors with good bedside manners anymore, but the office staff and doctor do! I have had to wait a little longer than expected maybe once. I love Dr. J, but the other doctors are wonderful too! I highly recommend!

I love Dr Jacobson, but he really needs to re-evaluate one of his staff members. Mercy told me my RX was called in - so I went and stood in line later on that day for 20 mins to be told that nothing was rcvd. Called back the next day to confirm, My file was lost. after explaining to her I just talked to you yesterday and I am not a new patient and the file is there she said that I was rude and she hung up on me. She then called my cell phone and as I picked it up she hung up on me, I called her back to confirm again if she yes she called it in for me and yes she found my file and yet no apologies. She is hard to understand if being direct is rude to her, she better wake up!! Not only did she tick me off, I have family members who go there and have had issues with her too. **it was an RX that I needed refilled for something that the RX cannot be missed or I will get ill**

I have been seeing Dr. J for 20 years. His staff is always nice and I appreciate that he does not sugar coat anything. I needed to lose some weight and he really encouraged me to start living a healthier lifestyle. I owe him my life.

Insurance changes forced a change to Dr. Jacobson. Good move. No problems with visits, his office staff is wonderful and cooperative ... so is Dr. Jacobson. After three scheduled visits and tests my opinion is, he's good and professional.

I checked in at the front window in Brandon Florida and the lady behind the window was very kinf. She took an xtra minute 2 find my prescription that i was not sure if the dr. had filled yet. she even spoke un porquito espanol to me and made me feel welcome as i am of mexican decent. the waiting room was packed but i got to see the dr. quicker than expected. for my first visit i woould reccomend this office to any other patients1
